Meet Mr. Baldwin

For over a decade, I was known simply as Mr. Baldwin.

It’s a title every teacher knows well—one shared by students, parents, and fellow educators. More than a name, it became a role I was proud to have.

My background is rooted in engineering, programming, robotics, and technology education. For more than 10 years, I taught technology to students from K–12, turning ideas into hands-on projects and helping students discover that science, math, engineering, and technology aren't just subjects in a classroom—they are tools for solving real-world problems.

Along the way, I established STEM Labs at Forge High School and FBC High School, helped schools develop and grow robotics programs, created 3D design and fabrication workspaces, and developed opportunities for students to connect their learning with their schools and communities.

But I know that building a great STEM program isn't just about having the latest technology or equipment.

It starts with teachers.

Teachers are the ones making STEM come alive every day, often while juggling limited time, resources, training, and support. That's where BasecampEDU comes in.

I work with schools and educators to make STEM education hands-on, practical, engaging, and achievable. I can help you build a robotics program, develop a 3D design and fabrication lab, create hands-on STEM projects, support teachers, or develop a program that connects classroom learning to the real world.

My goal is simple:

Help real teachers teach real-world STEM in ways that are fun, exciting, and meaningful for students.

Think of BasecampEDU as your starting point. Whether you're building your first STEM program or looking for ways to take an established program to the next level, I'm here to help you plan the climb, build the foundation, and reach the summit.

Let's build something exciting together.

Reach out to BasecampEDU and let's see what we can create through STEM—and STEAM.needs are met with precision.
